Elements is Indiana University’s faculty activity reporting system, providing faculty with a centralized place to manage and report their academic and professional activities, capturing and combining data from multiple internal and external sources to build comprehensive faculty activity records while reducing the need for manual data entry.
With configurable workflows, Elements allows schools and campuses to manage the annual review and post tenure review processes with routing and reviewer tools that keep the review process secure and centrally accessible. Reporting and data visualization capabilities provide additional ways to use faculty activity data for institutional, school, and departmental needs.
Coming Soon: Elements Discovery
Elements Discovery module will provide faculty with a public profile built from information maintained in Elements. Faculty will be able to manage the activities displayed on their profile and control the visibility of their information directly within Elements at IU.
