The Indiana Commission for Higher Education (ICHE) now requires that all new baccalaureate degrees be presented with articulation plans for students from Ivy Tech Community College (ITCC) and Vincennes University (VU). All plans are developed with a preference toward a 2+2 plan, with transfer after the completion of a related associate degree. Types of articulation plans and their definitions are describe in the document linked below, tnd these are developed using the planning form, which is then incorporated into the new degree proposal
